Strictly speaking, a tent is “a collapsible shelter made of fabric stretched and sustained by poles”.  But, if you have ever left the comforts of home to explore the natural world, a land less tame, you will know that a tent is so much more than this.  A tent is your home away from home.  It is the place that will keep you dry during a thunderstorm and mercifully cool when the weather turns up the heat.  A tent, well-chosen, can make all the difference to your solo expedition or family camping trip.  At Camping Central, we know our tents like you know your children.  They each have a unique name and unique characteristics that make them one-of-a-kind.  But, like children, we can’t decide which we like best!  We will leave this up to you.
